1. Introduction

By using Podcast Ripper, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Podcast Ripper application. By continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Premium Features

You will be able to use all premium features after subscribing to a paid plan. The details of premium features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and features with reasonable notice to users.

4. Refund Policy

We allow refunds within 14 days of your first purchase. You can request a refund through your account dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or for usage of premium features.

5. Product Usage and Communications

By using Podcast Ripper, you agree to receive important product updates via the email associated with your account. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email or through your account settings.

6. Content Processing

You retain all rights to your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use it for purposes other than providing and improving our services.

7. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that Podcast Ripper will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Podcast Ripper does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of our services.

In the event we are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services. You hereby release us from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

9. General Terms and Law

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Podcast Ripper as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Podcast Ripper.

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
